THE MENTAL WEALTH ACADEMY
Leading the Mental Wealth Movement in North America
As Head of Canadian Operations for The Mental Wealth Academy, Dr. Danielle Paes leads a globally recognized leadership-and-wellbeing movement across Canada and North America. Founded in the UK and trusted by organizations including the NHS and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, the Academy is led globally by CEO and Founder Harpreet Chana, with Danielle leading its Canadian operations. Together, they're on a mission to help the people who hold healthcare together lead themselves well before they burn out -Â and to impact a million lives by 2030.
At its heart is a single idea — self-leadership — and Danielle translates the Academy's practical, prevention-first programs for Canadian health systems, pharmacy teams and frontline care providers. It's a natural extension of her belief that transforming healthcare starts with transforming how we lead.
